Fischer-Tropsch Wax

Low-melting Fischer-Tropsch wax with congealing point 60–65℃ and drop melting point 65–70℃. High whiteness, low odor and narrow molecular-weight distribution — suited to molded wax and candle applications where melting point and appearance matter.

Low-melting, relatively high-penetration FT wax (melting point 68–75℃). Flexible and compatible, with low bleed-out. Suited to ceramic-substrate wax, rubber protection and various low-melting formulations.

Heyee's core low-melting FT wax, available as HY-70-1 / HY-70-2 / HY-70-3 / HY-70-4 in multiple particle sizes and forms (granule, micro-bead). Congealing point 72–78℃, balancing lubricity and dispersibility. Widely used in rubber protection, ink and PVC processing.

FT wax with oil content below 1% and high hardness; melting point 80–90℃, low bleed and good heat resistance. The '60' is a Heyee series number; actual melting point is 80–90℃. Suited to rubber protection, cosmetics and specialty applications.

Medium-melting micro-bead FT wax, drop melting point ~88℃, moderate hardness and low bleed-out. Suited to lubrication and dispersion in ink, hot-melt adhesive and PVC processing.

Micro-bead FT wax with melting point above 90℃, penetration below 5, good thermal stability and abrasion resistance. Suited to ink, hot-melt adhesive and PVC stabilizer systems.

High-melting FT wax, drop melting point above 105℃. Suited to PVC stabilizers, hot-melt adhesives and other systems requiring high heat resistance and low volatile content.

General-purpose high-melting FT wax, drop melting point above 110℃ and penetration below 3. HY-115 is standard powder; HY-115P / HY-115M offer micronized grades in different particle sizes. Suited to PVC, coatings and ink.

Powdered FT wax with high hardness and low penetration (<2), drop melting point above 110℃, designed for PVC heat stabilizers and high-heat formulations.

Powdered high-melting FT wax, penetration below 2 with excellent thermal stability, widely used in hot-melt adhesive, coatings and PVC processing.

Heyee's highest-melting FT wax (drop melting point ≥117℃, penetration ≤1), low bleed and high heat resistance. Suited to high-end micronized wax, hot-melt adhesive and high-heat PVC formulations.
